Sean Sweeney

Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Sean's passion for film took him to the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema in Montreal. While there he was the cinematographer on a number of award winning short films, including "J'viendrai T'chercher" and "Le Temps Scelle". He has worked as a director of photography and camera operator on wide range of projects such as Cirque de Soleil's "Banana Shpeel" and on Oscar-nominated documentarian Fred Golding's profile of actor John Leguizamo.
In addition to his work behind the lens, Sean is an experienced digitial imaging technician, specializing with the RED-One on over a hundred shoots including the Camera D'Or winner "J'ai Tue Ma Mere" and the upcoming horror film "The Howling: Reborn."
